Online Classes Orientation Agreement Form

Effective Spring Quarter 2008, all students interested in taking online courses must read and agree to the Online Classes Orientation Agreement Form, regardless if they have previously taken another online course.

The purpose of the orientation form is to inform students the requirements of taking online courses. Students who do not read and agree to the requirements will not be able to participate in online courses.

Online students that experience technical problems should first contact their course instructor for assistance. Students may contact the Online Learning Coordinator through the Online Course Problem Reporter.
