Technical Support

Online students that experience technical problems should first contact their course instructor for assistance.   Some problems encountered are a direct result of specific software requirements of individual courses.  In the event that the course instructor is unable to provide appropriate assistance, students can contact the Online Learning Coordinator.

ANGEL technical difficulties should be directed through the Online Course Problem Reporter.  All issues from the Online Course Problem Reporter will be directed to the Online Learning Coordinator.

Online Orientation:

The online orientation contains self-assessment tools, technology requirements, technology skills, blackboard tutorials, and tips to be successful in an online class.

Information Technology Department:

The Information Technology Department deals with technical computing queries in specific relations to the educational software provided as part of CGTC’s online course materials.  All emails should go to thammett@centralgatech.edu.
