Deborah Burks, the College's Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator is the college's liaison with its national and regional accrediting agencies, the Performance and Accountability System and Perkins Fund Coordinator for the College's DTAE activities, the Integrated Post Secondary Education System Coordinator for the College's reports to the US Department of Education, and the Strategic and Operational Planning Coordinator.

Jocelyn Johnson is the College's Institutional Effectiveness Secretary. Ms. Johnson has earned an Associate of Applied Technology Degree in CIS - Computer Support Specialist and multiple other diplomas and certificates in the CIS field from Central Georgia Technical College.
