Ensure that quality CGTC programs and services are responsive to area needs, accountable to the community, and driven by service area economic and workforce development demands Expected Results FTE By FY 2014, the FTE (full-time-equivalent) enrollment will reach at least five-thousand (5,000) annually.* QEP, Learning Outcomes By FY 2014, CGTC students will meet one-hundred percent (100%) of the student learning outcomes identified in the college-wide QEP (Quality Enhancement Plan).** G8O1. Institutional Effectiveness Provide continued guidance in planning, evaluation, and analysis for the improvement of programs and services by seeking best practices in the educational arena and continue to maintain a centralized data gathering process to provide institutional and unit performance data to internal and external sources. Pursue ongoing improvements in community research and involvement for planning credit and non-credit programs through needs assessments, community forums, work with advisory committees and boards, and other techniques. Center the College's major quality enhancement plan on staff development, planning, infrastructure support, implementation, monitoring, use of results, and follow-up to improve student outcomes Embrace innovation as a primary strategy for improvement in all College programs and services. G8O5. Accountability and Stewardship Account for return on investment of public funds and assist the Foundation to exercise good stewardship in using funds and communicating use of funds. |
